摘要: 在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法优选穿心莲内酯超声波提取法最佳提取条件。以穿心莲茎干粉末为原料,改变超声振荡功率、时间、料液比、不同溶剂、反应温度等单因素变量,提取液经配制后测量吸光度值,选定三水平后进行正交试验。以穿心莲内酯对照品制备标准液,计算回归方程为:Y=-,R2=。结果表明,超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:在60℃下,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,料液比为1:30,功率为140w,超声提取60min,。

Abstract: On the basis of one-factor experiment, orthogonal experiment method was employed for the optimization of ultrasonic extraction of Andrographis paniculta lactone. To stem powder andrographis as raw materials, change the single factor variables of ultrasonic oscillator power, the oscillator time, the solid-liquid ratio, the different solvent and the reaction temperature, extrat after configuration measuring absorbance, and then selected three levels before orthogonal experiment. With andrographis paniculta lactone reference substance preparation standard fluid, calculate a regression equation for: Y = x - R2 = . The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Andrographis paniculta lactone as follows: in 60 ℃, use ethyl acetate, the solid-liquid ratio is 1: 30, ultrasonic oscillator power is 140 w, and ultrasonic extraction 60 min. measuring absorbance Andrographis paniculta extrat is .
