摘要
宝利花园是一座位于邯郸市人民路与大乘寺西街交叉口西北角的高层写字楼。楼高27层,地下2层。
毕业设计通过对邯郸市宝利花园岩土工程勘察报告的整理,详细介绍了岩土工程勘察的步骤、方法和原理,并对可采取的地基处理方式进行设计。
通过岩土工程勘察,知道场地的地层分别为:第1层杂填土【Q4ml】;第2层粉土【Q42(al+pl)】;第3层粉质粘土【Q41(al+pl)】;第4层含圆砾粉质粘土【Q41(al+pl)】;第4-1层砂岩【Q41(al+pl)】;第5层粘土【N】;第6层粉砂【N】;第6-1层砂岩【N】;第7层粘土【N】;第8层粘土【N】;第9层粘土【N】;第10层粘土【N】。同时根据地下水的检测与评价判断本地区土的腐蚀性,以及本地的水位深度等。
通过标准贯入试验、重型动力触探试验、静力触探和波速(单孔检层法)测试以及土工试验可以获得土的天然地基承载力,并可以确定天然地基不能满足工程要求,需要进行地基处理。并且通过各种已知的数据,来初步计算出满足工程建筑时的各项数值,以确保工程的顺利进行。
最后,对该建筑物基础形式,对筏板基础、压浆灌注桩进行了设计的论证。确定了设计采用泥浆护壁钻(冲)孔桩的处理方法的正确性和可实施性。拟使用桩长27m单桩承载力为3200KN的灌注桩,再根据桩间距为3d=,所以最终方案需要323根桩。
