Agreement
NOTIFICATION: The following agreement is only for the reference of a merchant which made and entered into such agreement with us at this website. If you made and entered into any agreement with us through other channel, please refer to the text of those agreements in question.
The following content is the text of the contract which stipulates the rights and obligations between Alipay and you during the provision of Alipay Service by Alipay to you. Once you click the button of “confirm”, it means you acknowledge and accept any and all stipulations in the contract. After your order is essfully accepted by us and therefore we give you a confirmation email, you have to fill in all the blanks in the contract and the appendixes attached to the contract in accordance with the orders you place and the information you give in this website and send us by post four hard copies of the properly filled-in contract with signatures of your duly authorized representative and/or seal of pany (if any).
ALIPAY SERVICE CONTRACT
This Agreement is entered into between Alipay and Merchant, which shall be effective from the Effective Date to the expiry of 12 calendar months, which may be renewed in accordance with this Agreement.

Merchant expressly acknowledge that all the information and selection of service as specifically set out below in the Service Application Form should be in accordance with all the information and selection of service which have been filled in and submitted by Merchant via on-line self-service contracting platform provided by Alipay.
