社区糖尿病健康教育对糖尿病患者遵医行为及血糖控制的影响

【摘要】目的:研究糖尿病健康教育对糖尿病患者遵守医生嘱托,以及对病患血糖控制的作用。方法:随机选取我社区糖尿病患者40例,平均分为对照组与观察组,两组病患均采用常规的糖尿治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,进行包括遵医指导,饮食指导以及运动指导在内的健康教育,观察两组病患在遵医行为以及血糖控制的区别。结果:%,%,%%有效率。结论:对糖尿病患者进行健康教育,能够更好的提高患者的遵医行为以及对自身血糖进行控制。
