本文首先论述了技术创新的内涵、特点及在新经济时代下出现的全球技术创新新趋势。从而引用双环汽车技术创新之成功作为案例进行具体分析,从而进一部说明我国企业要想保持领先优势就必须加大对技术创新的投资力度和强度。
其次针对我国技术创新的特点,提出了我国企业目前如何更好地实现技术创新的几点建议。
最后文章对新经济时代下,企业技术创新的未来和发展作了总结性的评论,同时也对以后需要在哪几方面进行进一步深入的研究与探讨提出了几点看法。

Title SME'S innovation and technology management
Abstract
" Science and technology is the primary productive force ". petition of enterprise rely on science and technology more and more already , strengthen technological innovation e a world new trend of business administration already. This text has proposed intension , characteristic and new trend of global technological innovation appearing in new economic era of technological innovation at first. I quote essful case of Shuanghuan's technological innovation to make a concrete analysis ,to explain that if one enterprise want to maintain a leading position of itself must invest to technological innovation and intensity powerfully. Secondly,direct to characteristic of our country's innovation of technology, propose some suggestions that our country how to realize some technological innovation better at present. Finally ,the page to make a conclusion about the future and development of our country's technological innovation in new economic era, meanwhile ,I give some advices about which respect need to carry on deep research and discussion afterwards.
