GIS在农村土地调查的应用
摘要
第二次土地调查作为一项重大的国情国力调查,目的是全面查清全国土地利用状况掌握真实的土地基础数据,并对调查成果实行信息化、网络化管理,建立和完善土地调查、统计制度和登记制度,实现土地资源信息的社会化服务,满足经济社会发展、土地宏观调控及国土资源管理的需要。
开展第二次全国土地调查,对于贯彻落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,促进经济社会续发展和加强国土资源管理具有十分重要的意义。
数据入图库是土地调查的一项重要环节,它决定着这次土地调查成果的成败,所以务必要做好。
本论文简要阐述了第二次全国土地调查之农村土地调查的基本内容,了解了权属调查的程序和方法。介绍了ArcGIS K9软件在城镇地籍调查的基本作业流程。

Second land survey as a major national survey, the purpose is to identify prehensive national land use situation grasp the real land base data, and survey results of the implementation of information technology, network management, establish and improve land surveys, statistical system and registration systems, land resource information society services to meet the economic and social development, land macro-control and land resource management needs.
Second national land survey, for implementing the scientific concept of development, building a socialist harmonious society and promoting economic and social sustainable development and strengthening of land and resource management has a very important significance.
Data into the gallery is an important part of the land survey, which determines the ess or failure of this land survey results, so be sure to do well.
This paper briefly describes the second national land survey of the basic content of the rural land survey to understand the ownership investigation procedures and methods. Introduces ArcGIS software and MapGIS K9 software Cadastral survey of the basic processes.
