摘要
可编程控制器是一种应用很广泛的自动控制装置,它将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机技术和通讯技术融为一体,具有控制能力强、操作灵活方便、可靠性高、适宜长期连续工作的特点,非常适合机械手控制的要求。
本设计主要利用PLC实现机械手的设计,其中就机械手,进行设计,操作系统包括回原点程序,单步操作程序,自动操作程序和单双轨道选择程序,然后按要求对机械手的程序进行设计,画出梯形图,并根据梯形图写出了指令。
通过对电气工程及其自动化专业所学知识进行整合,设计了机械手通过PLC系统来编写程序控制机械手的运行轨迹。

Abstract
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a kind of automatic contr-ol equipment which is widely used in the industrial manufacture. It merges the traditional control technology, computer munication technologies with a strong ability to control, flexible operation, high reliability and suitable for long-term characteristics of continuous work. It is very suitable for mechanical hand control requirements.
This design mainly implement manipulator based on PLC. This paper introduces the design of the manipulator .Operating system includes back to the origin program ,step operating procedures, automatic operation program , single and double track selection. Then I designed the manipulator, draw the ladder diagram according to the requirements of procedure , and according to the ladder diagram,I write the instructions.
By integrating knowledge in electrical engineering and its automation, I designed a manipulator controlled by PLC system to write the program trajectory of the manipulator.
