摘要:能源与环境是当今世界的两大重要主题,日益减少的化石能源及温室气体减排的巨大压力迫使高效、环保的新型发动机研发备受各国政府、汽车企业、零部件供应商及普通大众的关注与重视,其已上升到了涉及国家能源安全的高度。而“均质压燃、低温燃烧”技术由于其高效率、低排放获得了广泛的关注,其基本学术思想是:在现代内燃机控制技术的基础上,通过控制内燃机燃烧室内的温度和压力,控制燃料、活化基以及再循环废气的浓度,实现“燃烧边界条件与燃烧化学的协同控制”,从而实现对燃料燃烧化学反应过程的控制,实现可控的高效、清洁燃烧,最大限度地提高热效率,降低有害污染物的生成。“均质压燃、低温燃烧”技术也遇到诸多技术上的难题,如控制燃烧相位、拓展工况覆盖范围、降低未燃碳氢的排放等。

Abstract: In contemporary world Energy and Environment are the two themes of vital importance. The increasingly reductive fossil energy reserve and even more rigor emission regulations have drawn the attention of governments around the world, automobile manufacturers and the general public as well pel the automobile munity to focus their R&D strengths on designing and manufacturing new generation engines with higher thermal efficiency and lower emission generation. It has already been regarded as a predominant issue concerning the country energy supply safety. Homogeneous pression Ignition (HCCI) and Low bustion (LTC) has been drawing the considerable attention due to high efficiency and lower nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) emissions. Its basic academic thoughts include that based on the modern control technique of bustion engine, the concentration of fuel, radicals and EGR are controlled through the control of temperature and pressure in bustion chamber so that cooperative control bustion boundary condition bustion chemistry is achieved. As a result, the controllable high-efficient and bustion featuring low pollutant emission and high thermal efficiency is realized. However, there are still tough challenges in the essful operation of HCCI engines, such as controlling bustion phasing, extending the operating range, and high unburned hydrocarbon and CO emissions.
