摘要
随着国内食品工业的快速发展,食品行业结构的优化,特别是上个世纪90年代以来,%的速度增长,这大大推动了我国食品行业国际竞争力的进一步提升。进入21世纪后,在国内经济发展推动食品消费不断升级以及我国加入世界贸易组织的大背景下,我国食品工业继续保持着蓬勃发展的态势,食品进出口规模也不断扩大,,。为推动我国食品进出口行业进一步发展,国内外学者对我国食品进出口行业做了大量的深入理论研究,尤其是刘俊昌教授食品进出口动因理论,提出竞争力效应是影响食品进出口的主要动因。故本题目在国内外专家的研究基础之上深入地分析食品行业进出口的发展现状,在贸易中所面临的各种贸易壁垒和食品安全问题,以及所遇到问题的原因分析,并进一步提出解决问题的方法及对策。本题目的研究对于我国食品行业进出口有着十分重要的作用。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of food industry, industry structured has been optimized, especially, since the 90s of last century, the number of pany of our country has been increasing by % every year, and it also strengthens the petitiveness. After 21st century, with the fact that domestic economy promotes the consumption and our country joined WTO, our country’s food industry continues to keep flouring, the import and export of food is ing large constantly. The amount of the import and export of food is billion dollar in number has raised up to billion dollar in promote further development of import and export of food industry, both domestic and oversea experts have made a large number of deep investigations to this industry. Especially the professor Liujunchang’s theory for import and export motivation, it proposes petitiveness effect is the main motivation to influence import and export of food. So the topic mainly analyses in-depth current situation of import and export of food industry, and many kinds if barriers and food safety during trade as well as the analysis of reason why encountering these problems, e up with methods and strategies any further, which is based on the study of domestic and oversea experts. The study to this topic is very significant to the import and export of food industry.
