MTT法测定肺癌对化疗药物敏感性的实验分析
【摘要】目的研究肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞抗癌药敏试验和化疗疗效的相关性,为临床肿瘤个体的化疗疗效提供有效地依据。方法用MTT吸光度法来测定我院收治的30例肺癌患者外周血标本对临床上常用的几种化疗药物敏感性或者耐药性,然后比较其差异。结果肺癌化疗的敏感性个体存在的差异是比较大的,各个药物对患者淋巴细胞的抑制率和平时具体医疗事件中临床上得到的数据是一致的,各种用药方案中存在比较大的差异(P<).结论患者外周淋巴细胞抗癌药敏试验,对临床上肿瘤化疗个体的指导和疗效预测有很大价值。
