摘要
施工组织设计产生于计划经济年代,是施工企业对施工项目进行技术管理的文件,也是用来指导整个现场施工全过程的综合性文件。
本施工组织设计是榆林市中学实验大楼施工的纲领性文件。本设计的主要内容包括:编制说明、工程概况、工程测量、施工组织部署、施工总平面布置、施工准备、工期计划、主要施工方法及技术措施、防止质量通病的技术措施、安全生产保证措施、文明施工保证措施、质量、安全、技术节约措施、季节性施工措施、地下管线及其他地上地下设施的加固措施、善后服务、致谢、参考文献、附图。根据招标文件的要求,首先要组建好项目管理班子,按现场具体情况,做好施工总平面部署,确定施工进度计划,围绕施工进度计划来选择施工方案。做到安全、文明、优质施工,努力创建优质工程。
同时,通过本次设计,提升自己的专业知识,为自己在本专业的理论知识学****画上一个圆满的句号。

Abstract
Construction design derived from the planned economy era, the construction project is the panies for technical management of documents, is used to guide the whole process ofthe construction prehensive document.
The design of the main contents include: the preparation of instructions, project profiles, engineering survey, anizations to deploy, construction, general layout, construction preparation, time planning, the main construction methods and technical measures to prevent the quality problems of the technical measures to ensure safety measuresassurance measures civilized construction, quality, safety, technical conservation measures, seasonal construction measures, underground pipelines and other underground facilities, ground reinforcement, rehabilitation services, thanks, references, requirements of the tender documents, we must first build a good project management team, according to the specific circumstances of the scene and do the construction master plan deployment, determine the construction schedule, construction schedule around to select the construction safe, civilized, high quality construction and strive to create quality works.
Meanwhile, by this design, upgrade their professional knowledge, for their theoretical knowledge in the professional study of the painting to a essful conclusion.
