车身损伤分析及修复技术研究-车辆工程专业毕业论文.docx

摘 要
随着道路和交通事业的发展,机动车辆逐年增多,从而带来交通事故案件量有增无减。机动车辆的普及和使用,虽然极大地推动了路上运输业的迅速发展,给社会生产和人们生活带来了极大的便利。但是,机动车辆(尤其是汽车)又是一种危险的工具,它可能因灾害的发生而造成自身的损毁,或因频繁发生交通事故而给人类带来灾难。这就对汽车损坏的评价和维修的质量提出更高的要求。传统的评价和维修方式不断地受到挑战,各项新技术的应用受到广泛地关注,借助各种新技术,改变传统的评价和维修方式,必将成为未来发展的趋势。
本文首先分析在不同交通事故中车身所受的损伤形式和程度,并以此为基础进行从破损部位、损伤程度和车身损伤的测量三方面分析车身损伤评价的方法。之后,本文将对车身修复技术进行研究,并重点介绍曲面修复技术的方法和其在车身修复中的应用。
在汽车损伤形式的研究中,作者在大量交通事故案例中精选出典型事故中车辆损坏照片,并从碰撞中的作用力和碰撞形式两方面分析事故中车身损伤的部位和严重程度。
在车身损伤评价的研究中,本文结合各种交通事故类型分析车身的破损部位, 结合碰撞过程中受力的大小和方向分析车身的损伤程度,并介绍现代车身损伤检测的技术。最后,针对车身主要部件,进行损伤评价确定其维修和更换原则,为实际汽车损伤评估工作提供了参考原则。
在车身修复技术的研究中,本文首先介绍汽车车身修复的新技术,并针对车身主要部件研究其不同损伤程度中的维修方法。然后研究了曲面修复方法在车身修复中的应用并对此方法做了误差分析。在论文最后,本文结合车门曲面修复过程,说明车身曲面重构在车身修复中的应用。

Abstract
With the development of roadway and transportation, motor vehicles are increasing year after year, but as a result of this, traffic accidents are increased. The popularization of motor vehicles greatly promotes the rapid development of transportation, and makes the social production and people's lives more convenience. However, motor vehicles (especially cars) are also dangerous traffic tools, they may cause damages to themselves in case of accidents, and frequent traffic accidents will also bring disasters to human beings. All these reasons require a higher standard of the evaluation of damages and repairs. Traditional methods of evaluation and repair service are constantly confronted with challenges, the application of new technologies is widely concerned by the public, with new technologies, the changing of traditional methods of evaluation and repair service will e the trend of future development.
