日产2500吨硅酸盐水泥厂设计

摘要
本设计任务是设计日产熟料2500吨水泥厂。设计过程经过厂址选择、全厂布局、窑的选型、物料平衡计算、各生产车间工艺设计及主机选型、物料的储存和均化、重点车间设计等步骤。
设计生料粉磨采用立磨,×60带窑外分解回转窑烧成系统,重点车间水泥粉磨采用带辊压机的预粉磨系统。
重点车间水泥粉磨环节,采用目前较为广泛使用的辊压机预粉磨系统,该粉磨系统系将物料先经辊压机辊压后送入后续球磨机粉磨成成品。该系统目前运用技术已日趋成熟,具有节能高效等特点,为大多数大型水泥厂家所接受。

ABSTRACT

The system is currently using technology has e increasingly mature, a highly efficient energy-saving features such as large-scale cement factory home to the majority to accept.
he task is to design an annual output of 900,000 tons of Portland cement plant design. After the design process of site selection,
