ZX5725钻铣床结构设计

【摘要】随着当今制造业的发展,高速度、高效率、高精度和高刚度已成为当今机床发展的主要方向了,为了满足当前市场需要,复合型数控钻铣床已经成为当今机械行业的一个重要发展趋势,特别是在工业制造加工过程中有着举足轻重的地位。设计题目是ZX5725钻铣床结构设计, 其主要讲述的是ZX5725钻铣床结构的总体设计过程。本次设计其主要目的是实现主轴加工精度,并且除能实现钻削加工外,还能实现实现镗削和铣削。首先分析参考同类型机床,了解机床的基本参数,设计几种传动方案,分析其优缺点,并且确定传动方案。其次对机械传动部分的了解,并且解决如何把回转运动变为直线运动,再次是对机械传动部分的相关零件的计算及校核,最后画出装配图。传动系统为进给传动系统,传动方案为:电机-齿轮传动-滚珠丝杠螺母机构-主轴箱, 选取联轴器类型为弹性套柱销联轴器,其型号为TL4。选取电机为步进电机,、,其次对传动件主要是齿轮、传动轴、滚珠丝杠螺母进行计算、校核和选择,重点是对滚珠丝杠结构的设计。随后是支撑件的分析和选取以及结构设计。最后是主轴上下往复装置的数控控制。

[Abstract] with the development of manufacturing industry, high speed, high efficiency, high precision and high rigidity have e the main direction of the development of the machine tool. In order to meet the needs of the current market, plex numerical control drilling and milling machine has e an important trend in the industry. The design problem is the structure design of ZX5725 drilling and milling machine, which is mainly about the overall design of the structure of ZX5725 drilling machine. The main purpose of this design is to achieve the main axis machining accuracy, and in addition to the drilling process can be achieved, but also realize the boring and milling. First, analyze the basic parameters of the machine tools, design several transmission schemes, analyze their advantages and disadvantages, and determine the transmission scheme.
