企业是我国杜会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,企业的发展状况如何将会直接影响
到整个国民经济的发展。在现代经济杜会中,加强企业伦理建设、重视企业杜会责任是
企业在激烈竞争中能够赖以生存和发展的必要基础,是提高企业核心竞争力的关键,是
维护市场正常秩序、保护消费者合法权益的必然要求。本文以企业伦理建设为研究对象,
主要分为以下几个部分:首先对企业伦理的概念进行了界定,并介绍了企业伦理产生和
发展的历程:其次,结合实际案例,介绍了加强伦理建设的必要性,并分析了我国企业
伦理建设中存在的问题:再次,对企业伦理缺失原因进行探析,包括内部原因和外部原
因:最后,在上述分析基础上提出了加强企业伦理建设的措施。

Abstract
The enterprises are an ponent of socialist market economic structure ,and
the development of the whole national economy is influenced by the developing course of
enterprises .In modern economical seciety, the necessary base of a corporation survival and
development is business ethics and social responsibility which is the key to improve core
competitiveness of corporation and the inevitable requirement for maintaining regular market
order and protecting the legitimate rights of the consumers .
This dissertation studies the business ethical construction. Basically, the article can be
divided into the following parts : Part one defines the concept of business ethics and
introduces the foundation and development process of business ethics. In the next section, the
thesis introduces the necessity of promoting ethical bining actual case s and
analyses the problems of business ethical construction in our country. In the third part, the
thesis analysis on the causes for the deletion of business ethics including internal and external.
