轴套零件机械加工艺规程及夹具设计
【摘要】
专用夹具历经岁月，仍然经久不衰，其主要原因是不规则零件的存在并且越来越多，零件的尺寸要求和公差要求也是越来越高。要想很好很快的加工零件的尺寸，并且保证零件的各项加工要求以及测量精度，专用夹具就是很好的选择之一。
本次研究的对象是轴套，轴套是套在转轴上的筒状机械零件，是机器或机构的一个组成部分。为机器或机构的正常运转提供相应的运动和动力。一般来说，轴套与轴承座采用过盈配合，而与轴采用间隙配合。
本次设计的主要内容是轴套加工工艺设计，钻孔专用夹具设计。加工工艺的设计，其主要的内容有：分析工件作用、分析工件结构、分析加工面加工精度、确定进给量还有背吃刀量，计算切削速度以及加工时间等等。
通过结合任务书以及对零件图的分析，决定设计钻8XΦ10孔钻床专用夹具。其设计内容有：设计定位、夹紧方案，选择定位、夹紧元件；选择标准钻套；设计夹具体等。

Abstract:
Dedicated fixtures are still enduring over time. The main reason is that there are more and more irregular parts， and the size and tolerance requirements of parts are also getting higher and higher. If you want to process the size of parts well and quickly， and ensure the processing requirements and measurement accuracy of parts， special fixtures are a good choice.
The subject of this complete set of research is the shaft sleeve， which is a cylindrical mechanical part sleeved on the rotating shaft and is an integral part of the machine or mechanism. Provide the corresponding movement and power for the normal operation of the machine or mechanism. Generally speaking， the shaft sleeve and the bearing seat adopt an interference fit， while the shaft sleeve adopts a clearance fit.
The main content of this design is the design of the bushing processing technology and the design of the special drilling fixture. The design of processing technology， its main contents include: analysis of the role of the workpiece， analysis of the structure of the workpiece， analysis of the machining accuracy of the machining surface， determination of the feed and back knife， calculation of cutting speed and processing time， etc.
By combining the task book and the analysis of the part drawings， it was decided to design a special fixture for drilling 8XΦ10 holes. Its design contents include: designing positioning and clamping schemes， selecting positioning and clamping elements; selecting standard drill sleeves; designing specific clamps， etc.
