摘要本论文通过自行设计制作的二维电极反应器,对焦化厂的兰炭废水进行电化学氧化降解,主要是去除废水中的 COD 和氨氮。本实验主要是利用电化学氧化中的电芬顿法,详细分析电解电流、电解时间、废水原始 pH值、极板间距及双氧水投加量等因素在二维电极体系中对污染物质降解效果的影响。研究二维电极电催化降解兰炭废水的影响因素。由实验数据表明:适宜的处理条件是: 电解电流为 5A ,电解时间 210min ,极板间距为 ,电解质(Na 2 SO 4)浓度为 10g/L ,双氧水投加量 1mL/100mL 废水,不加酸碱调节 pH 值, 常温反应。 COD 的去除率最大接近 80% ,氨氮的去除率大于 80% 。关键词:二维电极;电 Fenton 法; COD ;氨氮 ABSTRACT In this paper the design and manufacture by two-dimensional electrode to the reactor, the orchid carbon wastewater plant for electrochemical oxidation degradation, mainly is the C hemical oxygen demand (COD ) removal and ammonia nitrogen ( NH 3-N) wastewater. This experiment is mainly the electricity using electrochemical oxidation fenton reaction method, detailed analysis of electrolytic current, electrolytic time, wastewater primitive pH value, plate spacing and hydrogen peroxide dosing quantity factors int wo-dimensional electrode system in the effects of pollution degradation. To study the two- dimension electrode electricity catalytic degradation the influence factors of Abram carbon wastewater . By the experimental data show that economic and effective treatment condition: electrolytic current as 5A, electrolytic time 210min, plate spacing for cm, electrolyte (Na 2 SO 4) concentration of 10g/L, double oxygen dosing quantity 1mL / 100mL canister wastewater, donot add acid-base adjust pH value, the normal reaction C hemical oxygen demand (COD ) removal efficiency of maximum close to 80%, Ammonium-Nitrogen ( NH 3-N) removal rate more than 80%.
