哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文-I- 36KW 常压电热水锅炉系统控制设计摘要由于人类社会经济水平发展迅速,人们生活水平的不断提高,对城市生活供暖的数量和质量提出的要求越来越高。由于传统的控制方式调节精度差,自动化程度低,系统稳定性差,锅炉运行耗能大,并且存在安全隐患等缺点,所以现代锅炉运行方式需要改进。本次设计以电热水锅炉硬件设计为核心, 通过外围硬电器设备的连接实现电热水锅炉的控制要求及锅炉供回水温度、水位等信号, 并且通过控制器的辅助控制运算,实现对中小型锅炉运行的自动控制。本次设计的电热水锅炉有占地面积小, 组装维修方便,功能较齐全等优点。而且有很高的性价比, 有很广的使用前景。同时在本次设计中加入了控制器的使用, 通过控制器对水位信号和温度信号的监测达到自动控制的目的。而且在设计中根据需要达到的效果对电路需要的硬电器进行选型,并通过电路设计以及连接使其完成常压电热水锅炉的控制要求。同时为了降低设计和使用成本以及传递效率和热力损失等问题的考虑,本次设计的锅炉以水为传导媒介,这样也达到了节能环保的设计初衷。关键词控制器;节能环保;硬电器哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文- II- 36 kw A tmospheric P ressure in the B oiler C ontrol S ystem D esign Abstract Due to the rapid development of human social and economic level, people's living standards continue to improve , the urban heating quantity and quality request is higher and higher. Due to the traditional way of control accuracy is poor, low degree of automation, the system stability is poor, boiler operation energy consumption, pose a safety hazard and other faults, so the modern boiler operation mode needs tobe improved. This design in boiler hardware design as the core, through the peripheral hardware electrical equipment connected to realize the control request in boiler and boiler for the return water temperature, water level, such as signal, and the auxiliary control operation by the controller, to realize the automatic control of the middle and small boiler.
