    摘要：目的 研究 柴胡、黄芩以不同剂量比例配伍（2∶1，1∶1，1∶2）对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的防治作用。 方法 采用白酒灌胃造成大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型，以单味柴胡黄芩和小柴胡冲剂作为对照药，通过血清和肝匀浆乙醇脱氢酶（ADH）的测定和肝组织病 理学 的观察，探讨柴胡黄芩配伍对急性酒精性肝损伤的 影响 。结果柴胡黄芩1∶2组对各项检测指标影响最显著。结论不同比例配伍的柴胡黄芩抗急性酒精性肝损伤中发挥作用的强弱趋势不同，以柴胡黄芩1∶2组疗效较佳。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo  study the  prevention and  treatment  effects  of  Radix  Bupleuri and Radix  Scutellariae in compatibility  ratio  of  different  dosage  by  two  to  one,one to one,one to  two  on  acute  alcoholic liver  injure  by  animal  model was duplicated by the white spirit through consecutive gastric infusion for ten days.
