【摘要】 目的 %重比重和轻比重罗哌卡因腰麻用于剖宫产的半数有效剂量（ED50），并比较其相对效价。 方法 腰硬联合麻醉下择期行剖宫产术的单胎足月初产妇40例，随机分为重比重罗哌卡因（H-R）组和轻比重罗哌卡因（L-R）组。局麻药的初始剂量为9mg，剂量间隔为1mg，按序贯法给药，每组各20例。有效病例的标准为20min内镇痛平面达到T7或以上，并且50min内硬膜外未追加任何药物即能完成手术。 结果 （95%CI：～），（95%CI：～），（95%CI：-）。 结论 （95%CI：～）（95%CI：～），二者接近等效。
