　　西安城市生态园林建设存在的问题与改进意见
　　在中国大地上，近十年来开展了“园林城市”建设，经表彰达到“园林城市”的已有十二个，其中没有西安市。在去年首届中国城市森林论坛新闻发布会上，国家林业局副局长祝列克介绍说：我国共有建制市662个，，%%，，西安市则低于此项标准。又如我国首批园林城市—南宁市，%，，西安市与先进城市相比有很大差距。因此，在看到自己成绩的同时也要看到自己的不足。
　　一、行道树的规划与建设
　　西安市行道树的规划建设，大街道优于小街道，僻背的街道更差，甚至没有行道树，炎热的夏季在南二环行走，常常无树遮荫还要晒太阳，因为有些地块根本没有设计行道树；有绿化美称的新加坡近年来特别强调人行步道的遮荫。因此，道路两旁植树不仅要顾及小街、背街、要认真开展对缺少行道树的地方进行补栽。
