中三角、长三角与珠三角经济科技发展比较研究.pdf

I摘 要世界各国几十年的经验表明城市群正成为影响人类发展最重要的空间载体,成为区域竞争力的重要体现。国际城市群的发展日益成熟,中心城市的作用日益凸显,城市群内部分工协作趋势显著,中国要参与国际竞争就必须要提高城市群的竞争力,而作为我国发展领先的长三角和珠三角由于依靠投资和消耗资源拉动经济增长的粗放型模式,也渐渐进入了发展瓶颈,加上国际金融危机的影响,中国作为世界工厂的优势也不再明显,新的经济增长点已经由沿海地区逐渐转入中部地区,中三角凭借其区位优势和基础实力承接沿海地区的产业转移,成为我国新的第四增长极。由于中三角目前处于初步构建阶段,中心城市功能偏弱,城市群结构不健全,产业同构问题和贸易壁垒严重,发展方式没有得到根本改变,急需一个统一的规划来整合中三角的发展,而本文通过研究中三角、长三角和珠三角经济科技发展差距,找出中三角发展的不足,同时通过借鉴长三角和珠三角的发展经验,结合本土特色,提出中三角崛起的政策建议。本文的研究主要分为 6 个章节,第 1 章对研究的目的和意义进行了简单描述,并对区域经济发展理论和城市群发展理论国内外现状进行了综述,并介绍了长三角、珠三角、中三角的研究现状。第 2 章主要介绍了区域间经济科技比较指标体系及其设计的原则,并介绍了区域间经济科技比较评价模型的选择。第 3 章主要对中三角、长三角和珠三角基本概况,发展历程、经济科技发展结构进行了对比分析。第 4 章根据区域间经济科技比较指标体系的设计选取中三角、长三角和珠三角相关的经济科技发展的数据进行综合评价,运用熵值法对指标进行客观赋权,得出综合评价分数,综合比较中三角、长三角和珠三角的经济科技发展差距,总结中三角发展的不足之处,即中三角发展潜力巨大但是综合实力和长三角、珠三角比有差距,中心城市实力有待提升,揭示了长三角和珠三角发展启示。第 5 章主要阐述了中三角构建的现实基础和必要性,并提出了中三角崛起的战略设想(指导思想,战略定位,发展目标和总体思路)和对策建议。最后对全文的研究内容进行了总结和展望。关键词:中三角,长三角,珠三角,经济科技,熵值法万方数据IIAbstractDecades of experience around the world show that urban agglomeration is ing the most important spatial carrier influence human development and e the important of petitiveness.
