油泵壳体的冲压工艺及模具设计摘要机油泵是不断把发动机油底壳里的机油送出去以达到润滑发动机各个需要润滑的零部件的目的。机油泵泵体在整个机油泵中起着很重要的作用。泵体的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度直接影响机油泵的工作稳定性和泵的寿命。如果损坏了,就有可能出现异响,噪音, 动力衰减,如不及时处理,甚至拉缸、无法启动,发动机彻底报废!所以说机油泵的性能,特别是制造性能的好坏直接影响发动机的性能。关键词: 机油泵;发动机;寿命;性能 The Stamping process and mould design of oil pump casing ABSTRACT The oil pump casing is using for sending engine oilout to all need lubricating parts from the tank. The oil pump plays an important role in the engine. Pump body size precision, surface roughness directly affect the oil pump work stability and life length. When damaged, there may be, noise, power attenuation, ifnot timely fix, the engine cannot start, pletely discard as useless . Thus the performance of the oil pump, especially the manufacturing performance directly affects the performance of the engine.
