上海机电学院毕业设计(论文) 瓷砖自动包装系统设计(上砖模块) 学生: 学号: 专业:机械电子工程班级: 指导教师: 上海机电学院二O 一三年六月上海机电学院本科毕业(设计)论文 I 摘要自动打包控制系统是现在工厂生产应用最普遍的控制系统之一,它能够提高生产效率,大大降低人工成本,使工厂效益达到最大,真正实现无人化、智能化操作管理。通过对瓷质砖从窑炉输出过程的分析,考虑采用西门子公司 S7-200 PL C 来设计整个控制系统。 PLC 的抗干扰能力强,可以直接用于有强烈干扰的工业生产现场。控制系统的硬件采用 S7-200 的 CPU223 模块,并扩展了两个数字量模块 ,留有一定的 I/O 点数供以后扩展功能使用, 软件部分采用梯形图编写。详细分析了瓷质砖从窑炉输出到打包结束过程,系统的信号采集使用光电传感器和接近开关。在瓷质砖最后的传输阶段采用了微动开关,砖到达此处触动微动开关,发出声光提示,使操作人员及时将砖装箱,防止落下,避免了意外情况发生。关键词: S7-200 PLC ; EM223 ;瓷质砖;打包控制系统全套设计加 q36396305 上海机电学院本科毕业(设计)论文 II ABSTRACT Automatic packaging control system isnow the factory production ofone of the mon control system application, it can improve the efficiency of production, greatly reduce labor costs, maximize the factory benefit, realize unmanned, intellectualized operation management.
