高校教工党支部调研报告
今年5月，我校党支部按照党委的要求，扎实开展“基层群众大走访、基层情况大摸底、基层问题大排查，基层党建大调查”活动。学院党委与我系党支部党员教师，采用座谈会的形式，进行深入调研。现将支部调研报告整理如下：
一、基层党组织存在的问题：
1、党支部管理薄弱。学校党支部组织机构健全，但管理不够规范，党支部组织作用发挥不够明显。系部党员教师因为人员少，大家忙于教育教学工作，工作重心没有转移到系部党支部的建设。党支部的制度建设不够完善，如学校党支部的“三会一课”制度、党员联系群众制度、党风廉政建设制度、党员教育管理制度、党员发展制度、党员活动日制度、党支部会议制度等都未建立健全。党支部没有健全的制度作保证，所以开展工作较难。
2、支部常规活动少。因为党支部活动经费少，教师党员人数少，学校支部开展活动也较少。党支部活动能增强党组织的凝聚力、创新力、战斗力。党支部开展活动较少，整个党支部也就缺少生机和活力。学校党支部应重视各项活动的开展，如“三会一课”活动、党员组织生活会、创先争优活动等。学校全体党员只有在活动中才能得到锻炼提高。
3、党员的先锋模范作用不够明显。学校党员队伍素质有待进一步提高，党员同志无论在思想上还是业务上都还有一定的差距，需要进一步提高，特别是个别党员不够注重自己在群众中的形象，没有清醒
