Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang 621010 , China ) Abstract : According to high concentrations of dust control situation inm echanized excavation face , this paper proposes the New Dust Suppression Material application process in the Mechanized excavation face with the function features of the n ew d ust- d epressor after analy zing dust migration rules .A pplication results in several coal mine s indicate that the new dust-depressor can significantly e nhance the effect of spraying to reduce dust concentrations with at most 90% dust concentration reduced than that in water spray condition , effective ly control the dust generated in the production process and greatly improve the production and operating conditions.
