With the development of science and technology and people living standard rise ceaselessly ,But squeezing method and the formulation of leaching solvent has many ings, so people are looking for a new type of press technology , Cold pressing oil technology are more and more attented by people rely on special advantage at special oil grain(such as olive oil、 sesame oil、 camellia oil) in processing the field .This paper introduces some importance value and processing development status 、 the development process of double helix oil press and the main struture 、 performance 、 treatment capacity of this oil press design is about 10t/d , The cypress bread residual oil rate is about 10% through two Squeezing in the oilgrain no cooking situation.
