2017 届毕业设计(论文) 设计题目:电动剃须刀外壳模具设计分院专业班级学号姓名指导教师完成时间摘要本次电动剃须刀外壳模具设计,采用了一模两腔的注射模具属多型腔结构。作为现代制造技术中特别重要的组成部分,模具制造技术在近年来得到了迅猛的发展。在进行设计之前先用 Pro-E 分析软件对设计的零件进行分析,分析的主要目的是分析成型工艺合理性,同时,优化型腔布局形式,根据分析结果来确定更合理的成型工艺和更好的型腔布局形式。本次模具设计着重对塑件进行工艺性分析,并且对各参数进行校核,选择标准模架、设计导向与定位机构、对浇注系统和排气系统进行设计、设计零件成型、设计脱模机构、和侧向分型抽芯系统的设计、温度调节系统等。并使用 AutoCAD 软件绘制总装配图及模具主要的零件图。通过本次设计,对注塑模具有一个初步了解,从而提高工作效率。关键词:注塑模具; 剃须刀外壳; Pro-E ;注塑成型;模具设计 Abstract Mould manufacturing technology has rapidly developed into an important part of modern manufacturing technology. This design introduces the mould design of electric shaver shell, this injection mould design adopts a multi-cavity structure. Before design with Pro -E software to design parts is analyzed, the main purpose of the analysis is to analyze the rationality of molding process, at the same time, optimization of cavity layout form, according to the analysis result to determine a more reasonable cavity layout form of molding process and better. This paper mainly introduces the manufacturability analysis of plastic parts, the design of the gating system and exhaust system, orientation and positioning mechanism, and demoulding mechanism, side parting core-pulling system design, molding parts design, choice of standard mould base, check the parameters of temperature control system, etc. Use AutoCAD software to draw the assembly drawing and the main parts drawing. Through this design, the injection molding model has a preliminary understanding to improve the efficiency of the work.
