基于Extendsim的管系焊接车间系统设计与仿真.doc

I 摘要本文研究课题来源于现代化的企业管理规划。加工制造行业的加工方式发生了很大的改变,生成计划已经不再延续大批量的生产方式,而是逐步转变为准时加工和精益生产。因而企业对于车间加工系统的布置和设计的要求也越来越高, 希望自己企业的资源能够得到最大限度的应用,从而不会造成系统资源的闲置。本文以某包含自动化立体库的管系焊接车间系统的布置为研究对象,通过对整个焊接系统的整体以及各个组成部分的分析、规划和设计并通过运用 Extendsim 系统仿真技术,针对系统建立仿真模型。通过 Extendsim 仿真模型的运行和结果分析来找到资源浪费点以及系统的瓶颈,同时通过优化调整来达到整个系统的自动化建设和效率的提高。对于系统的布置和调整具有很高的理论价值和应用指导价值。关键词管系焊接车间; Extendsim ;仿真技术;自动化立体库 Abstract II Abstract Research topics in this article are from the modern enterprise management planning . Manufacturing industries now have a big change in the way of product ion. Plan manufacturing no longer adapt s to the mass production. So the requirements for Enterprise workshop layout and design of the system is getting higher and higher and would like the enterprise resources can be applied to the maximum extent, so that no system resources waste. Research ing the system which c ontains an AS / RS, we study through the whole system as many parts. By using the several of the system analysis, planning, designing and using Extendsim simulation technology , we improve the model of the system. Running the Extendsim simulation model and analysis the report ,we found the place where waste resources and the system optimization. At the same time we improve the efficiency of the system. So that placement and adjustment of the system has a high degree of theoretical and application guidance values.
