涉外卓越法律人才培养的双语教学模式探索-- 以《知识产权比较案例研讨》双语课程的教学实践为例摘要有效的双语教学模式是目前我国培养卓越涉外法律人才的主要途径和手段。以《知识产权比较案例研讨》双语课程的教学实践为例, 论证旨在培养涉外法律人才的双语法律教学无论在课程目标的设置、内容的选择、教学手段和方式的采用上都应该以院系本身的现实资源为基础, 围绕涉外卓越法律人才综合素质的培养, 尤其是专业智能技能和实践技能的训练展开。关键词:双语法律教学涉外卓越法律人才复合型法律人才培养法律素质教育 Abstract Effective bilingual teaching is the major approach for cultivating excellent foreign related legal talents. The bilingual teaching aiming at cultivating foreign related legal talents should be based on the existing resource of the law schools and focus on the cultivation pound qualities of excellent foreign related legal talents, especially on the cultivation of legal intellectual techniques and practical skills. The teaching experience of the bilingual law course of“ Comparative IP Case Study ” is taken as an example to illustrate how the purpose of the course is designed, the contents of course are chosen, and how various teaching methods are adopted to focus the bilingual legal course on cultivating practical capabilities of law majors. Key Words : Bilingual Teaching of Law Excellent Foreign Related Legal Talents Cultivation of Practical Legal Capabilities 尽管在新近发布的《 2013 年中国大学生就业报告》中,“法律”和“英语”专业均不幸又登上年度就业前景最不看好的本科专业排行榜 i, 但是,“法律”和“英语”有机结合的高端复合型涉外法律人才在就业市场上却一直紧缺。为了切实提升高校法律人才培养质量,对现有陈旧的教学培养模式进行改革, 2011 年教育部印发《卓越法律人才教育培养计划的若干意见》,提出卓越法律人才的培养计划,更是把培养“具有国际视野、通晓国际规则,能够参与国际法律事务和维护国家利益的涉外法律人才”作为培养应用型、复合型法律职业人才的突破口。而早在 2001 年, 为了推进素质教育
