　　（二）降低对从事保险中介业务的机构收取的保险业务监管费收费标准
　　1、对专门从事保险中介业务的机构，‰‰收取，其中，保险代理机构、保险公估机构的保险业务监管费每年每家机构不低于800元，保险经纪机构的保险业务监管费每年每家机构不低于1200元。
　　2、对从事保险兼业代理的机构免收保险业务监管费。
　　（三）对外国保险机构代表处收取的保险业务监管费标准，仍按每年每个代表处2万元收取。
　　（四）对保险资产管理公司经营的受托管理业务，%收取保险业务监管费，最高不超过30万元。
　　三、保险业务监管费的执收单位
　　中国保监会负责收缴各保险公司、保险资产管理公司和外国保险机构代表处的保险业务监管费；各保监局负责收缴专门从事保险中介业务机构的保险业务监管费（各执收单位的缴费账户信息见附件3）。
