[摘要] 目的探讨儿童社区获得性金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的临床特征。方法回顾分析该院2013年1月―2015年12月收治的160例儿童社区获得性金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎患儿的临床资料,对其临床特征进行总结。结果 160例儿童社区获得性金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎患儿中:男性98例,女性62例,:1; 6月以内患儿112例,%;冬春季发病多,%;有咳嗽134例、吐奶125例;青霉素耐药患儿141例、%,红霉素耐药患儿84例、%,克林霉素耐药患儿80例、%,苯唑西林耐药患儿34例、%;对万古霉素、替加环素、替考拉林、利奈唑***均敏感。结论儿童社区获得性金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎发病者多见于6月龄以内小婴儿,冬春季发病多,以咳嗽、吐奶、发热为主要表现,普遍对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素耐药,对万古霉素、替加环素、替考拉林敏感。
