摘要
即上世纪八十年代改革开放的浪潮涌起,我国由“要致富,先修路”口号拉响中国交通运输业发展的序幕开始,经过几十多年的长足发展,已然成长到了绿色、安全、人文的智能交通事业现状。
但是,不可否认的是在当今世界信息化大背景下,我国在智能交通信息化改革中的进程远不及现今许多发达国家。而通观国内外,地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)等在交通中的发展程度最能表现国家智能交通行业的信息化力度,同时也较为凸显国家物联网发展的的水平。
在“西部大开发”,“丝绸之路经济带”等国家政策和战略的推进下,在衔接国际国内交通运输业方向,我国在智能交通信息化领域将会有更加长足的发展。而这决定了我们今天会更加关注其中一个课题——地理信息系统(Geographic Information System, GIS)在智能交通中的应用现状。

Abstract
That is the last century eighty's wave of reform and opening up surges, our country by "to get rich, first road" slogan sounded the prelude to the development Chinese transportation industry sta- rted, after dozens of years of rapid development, has grown into the intelligent transportation status of green,safety, humanity.
However, it is undeniable that in today's world of informatization of our country under the bac- kground, in the intelligent traffic information in the reform process is far less than many of today’s developed countries. And throughout the country inside and outside, geographic information sys- tem (GIS), global positioning system (GPS) information and development degree in traffic in the best performance of the national intelligent transportation industry, but also more prominent natio- nal  of things' development level.
In the "western development", "Silk Road Economic Belt" and other national policies and strategies to promote, in the convergence of international and domestic transportation direction, our country will be in the intelligent transportation information technology fields have a more rapid de- velopment. And this determines that we will be more focus on one topic today --
