中小企业员工激励现状及对策分析
摘要
目前,全球经济一体化进程日益加快,在日益激烈的竞争中,中小企业要想在竞争中取得优势,就必须重视人力资源管理,必须采用员工激励机制来吸引人才,以提高企业核心竞争力。但是,很多中小型企业却陷入了各类人才缺乏的窘境。本文通过对我国中小型企业激励制度的现状进行分析,并结合我国的实际条件,对如何建立有效地激励制度作了初步的探讨,针对性的提出了中小型企业建立完善、科学的激励制度的对策和措施。

Abstract
At present, the global economic integration advancement speeds up day by day, in the increasingly petition, small and medium-sized enterprises want to get the advantage in petition, must attach importance to human resource management, must use the staff incentive mechanism to attract talent, to enhance the petitiveness of enterprises. However, many small and medium-sized enterprises have fallen into a dilemma of lack of talent. By analyzing the current situation of the incentive system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, bined with the actual conditions of our country, discusses how to establish the effective incentive system, and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to perfect, small and medium-sized enterprises to establish a scientific incentive system.
