运动想象疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者功能障碍康复中的应用

摘要:目的:观察运动想象疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响。方法:60例脑卒中偏瘫患者按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组30 例,治疗组采用运动想象疗法结合常规康复训练,对照组采取基本康复治疗。康复治疗共30天。在30天期间,各组分别进行康复前和康复后两次评价。肢体运动功能评价采用简式Fugl-Meyer(FM)评分法评价,ADL评价采用巴氏指数(BI)评分法评价。结果:治疗组患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力在治疗后得到显著改善,其FM、ADL评分治疗前后比较有显著性差异,差异性具有统计学意义(P<);对照组治疗前后比较有显著性差异,差异性具有统计学意义(P<)。治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异。结论:运动想象疗法可以进一步促进偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复,提高患者生活自理能力。

ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the effect of motor imagery therapy in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.
Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with stroke and hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received motor imagery therapy besides routine rehabilitation training,while the control group received routine rehabilitation training patients were assessed at the beginning of the program and 30 days after neurological function were evaluated with Fugl-Meyer and Barthel :After treatment,the treatment group and control group were perfected pared with
control group,there were significant differences in treatment group(P<);Conclusion:The program proved that the motor imagery therapy can improve the limb function in patients after stroke and hemiplegia.
