【摘要】夜间护理查房是保证护理质量的重要措施之一,也是医院护理管理中不可缺少的一个环节,在省、市各大医院广泛重视。我院是一所二级甲等中医院,在执行过程中,通过夜间查房,提高护理质量,提高护士长管理水平,不断改革,不断创新,逐步形成了目前执行的一套“计划检查、填写表格、奖优罚劣”的查房形式。这对于促进护理规范化,提高护士长的管理水平,促进岗位责任制的落实具有积极作用。

采取什么样的查房形式,对夜间护理查房的结果有十分重大的直接影响。本文主要从组织安排、查房内容、查房要求和记过评定四个方面对我医院查房的形式进行深入的分析和探讨。
组织安排
通常情况下来说,我医院的夜间护理查房由全体护士长全部参加,该活动的一般由
