尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白测定结果比对分析

【摘要】目的:对尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白测定结果进行探讨与分析。方法:随机抽取我院在我科收治的患者260例,对患者的新鲜尿液标本中的尿微量白蛋白,分别用尿蛋白检测和免疫透射比浊法进行检测,并对检测结果进行对比和分析。结果:在检测的样本中,由于敏感度的不同,尿液分析仪阳性率很低,并且其阳性结果中存假阳性现象。这两种方法之间差异有统计学意义(p<)。结论:尿微量白蛋白测定与尿液分析仪检测尿蛋白测定进行比较,尿微量白蛋白测定尿蛋白结果更加准确,特异性也更强,反应更加灵敏,为临床疾病糖尿病、肾病、高血压等病的早期诊断提供了非常可靠的依据,更具有临床意义。
