阿替普酶在静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用及护理

【摘要】目的:探讨阿替普酶(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的应用与护理. 方法:对44 例急性缺血性脑卒中患者发病后3小时内进行阿替普酶(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗、溶栓前、溶栓中密切配合并严密观察病情变化、溶栓后加强护理,防止并发症的发生。结果:44例急性缺血性脑卒中患者经静脉溶栓治疗后均取得满意的效果,其中42例患者痊愈。结论:严格掌握溶栓的适应症,尽量缩短发病至溶栓的时间,抓住溶栓的黄金时间积极进行静脉溶栓治疗,护士在溶栓前后做好护理配合,严密观察病情,对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的急救及促进康复,减少致残率,提高生活质量具有极其重要的意义。

【Abstract】Objective:Investigating the application and nursing of alteplase on intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic :44 patients with acute ischemic stroke,were implemented intravenous thrombolysis during the three-hours period of this disease attack by the means of observing interaction between anterior thrombolysis and posterior thrombolysis. Results:all of the 44 patients obtained a good-satisfied effect and 42 of them were pletely. Conclusion:It has a significant meaning for patients with acute ischemic stroke to facilitate their health, decrease the disability rate and improve the quality
