高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床价值

摘要:目的探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床价值。方法应用高频彩超对162 例腹痛小儿常规腹部多切面扫查,排除其他疾病,重点检查右下腹及脐周等肠系膜分布区,观察并记录淋巴结的大小、形态、回声、数量及长短轴比值(L/S),用彩色多普勒观察内部血流情况。经抗炎治疗7-10d 后复查彩超,并将治疗前后的图像特点及结果进行对比。结果 162 例患儿均在腹腔内清晰显示肿大淋巴结,多发(4-8 个),为密集型或串珠分布。长径大者21 mm,小者6 mm,纵横比(L/S>2)。CDFI:可见星点状、棒状或树枝状血流信号,RI(±)。复查结果显示淋巴结明显减少或缩小。结论高频彩超能清晰显示肠系膜淋巴结,对临床诊断治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎及愈后随访具有重要的临床价值。
