鳖甲煎丸联合肺康复训练治疗COPD的疗效观察

【摘要】目的:探讨鳖甲煎丸配合肺康复计划对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD) 患者肺功能的影响。方法:将98例慢性阻塞性肺疾病随机分为观察组及对照组各48例,对照组采用肺康复训练进行治疗,观察组在康复训练基础上配合中药鳖甲煎丸治疗。两组患者性别、年龄、病程差异无显著意义( P>)。3个月后分别测定FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEFR。结果:中药配合肺康复计划后患者肺功能评分与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<) 。结论:中药鳖甲煎丸配合肺康复计划能够有效提高COPD 患者的肺功能。

【Abstract】Objective:To study traditional Chinese medicine Biejiajian bined with pulmonary rehabilitation program in lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 48 patients in the control group were pulmonary rehabilitation treatment,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Biejiajian bolus on the basis of rehabilitation. Gender,age,duration of two groups of patients the difference was not statistically significant (P>). After 3 months were measured FEV1,FEV1/FVC,:Lung function in observation group after traditional Chinese bined with pulmonary rehabilitation pare with the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<).Conclusions
