【摘要】简述了目前医院图书馆学科化服务模式在临床科研方面存在的局限性,相当一部分医护人员的科研信息需求被忽略,医院学科化信息服务与临床科研信息的需求的紧密相关度有待商榷,提出了医院图书馆学科化服务的创新模式——以医学科研数据为依据,挖掘其潜在的联系,将当前的研究热点与科研数据潜在价值相结合,提出相应的科研方向和科研线索,提供临床科研决策依据,为医院领导决策提供信息支持,杜绝本单位的论文造假,变被动服务为主动服务。通过加强信息部门之间的联系,建立相应的融合机制,培养高素养的“信息情报专家”和加强医学信息分析平台建设,促进医院图书馆学科化服务可持续发展,进一步提高医院的核心竞争力。
