优质护理在门诊导医工作中的运用探讨

【摘要】目的:对门诊导医工作中应用优质护理的效果进行分析探讨。方法:选取于2014年1月~2015年1月期间我院我院门诊部收治各类疾病患者260例,在门诊导医工作中应用常规护理,选取于2015年2月~2016年1月期间我院门诊部收治各类疾病患者264例,在门诊导医工作中应用优质护理,对两种不同模式的护理效果进行对照研究。结果:门诊优质护理服务实施后的投诉率明显低于实施前[% VS %],满意率和护理总满意率均明显高于实施前前[%、% VS %、%],两组数据经t检验,有统计学意义(P<)。结论:门诊导医工作中应用优质护理的效果十分理想,值得大力推广。
