优质舒适护理对腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

【摘要】目的:整理我院腹部手术患者的临床护理资料,探讨腹部手术患者应用优质舒适护理的护理效果以及护理优势。方法:选取我院收治的220例腹部手术患者,将其随机分为优质组和常规组,每组各110例患者,对常规组患者应用常规护理方法进行护理,对优质组患者则通过优质舒适护理方法进行护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:两组患者的术后进食时间、术后首次排便时间、术后肠鸣音出现时间、术后首次排便时间等指标具有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<)。结论:腹部手术后患者的肠胃功能受到很大的影响,通过对患者实施优质舒适护理,能够有效的缩短患者的胃肠功能恢复时间,患者肠鸣音出现时间、首次排气时间、首次进食时间以及首次排便时间等都有较大的缩短,具有非常高的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】objective: to sort out our abdominal surgery in patients with clinical nursing data, discusses the application of abdominal surgery patients high fortable nursing care and nursing effect of advantage.
