超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块中的临床应用

【摘要】目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块中的应用价值。方法:82例共293枚乳房肿块在超声引导下行麦默通微创旋切术。评价其手术效果。结果:82例共293枚乳房肿块全部在超声引导下切除,所有肿块均获得明确病理诊断,均为良性肿块。
结论:超声引导技术在麦默通微创治疗乳腺良性肿块中起到创伤小,疗效好等重要作用。

【Abstract 】 objective: to study the ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive operation application value in treatment of benign breast diseases. Methods: 82 cases of a total of 293 breast masses in downlink mammotome minimally invasive operation guided by ultrasound. Evaluate its operation effect. Results: a total of 293 82 cases breast lump resection under guided by ultrasound, all lump to obtain definite pathological diagnosis, were benign tumors. Conclusion: guided by ultrasound technology in mammotome minimally invasive treatment for benign breast has small trauma, good curative effect, and other important role.

乳腺良性肿块是乳腺最常见病变,占乳腺肿块的80%[1]。传统的开放性手术对肿块进行切除,疗效好,但创伤大。多发性乳腺肿块往往会在乳腺留有多处疤痕,影响美观;对一些不能扪及的肿块往往不能全部切除。我们对82例共293枚乳房良性肿块在超声引导技术下麦默通微创治疗,以探讨其临床价值。
l资料和方法
2014年1月一2014年11月82例共293枚乳腺肿块经超声引导下行麦默通微创旋切术。患者均为女性,年龄16—58岁
