摘要
体验经济是从服务经济中分离出来并对服务经济进行的补充完善。相对于服务经济对产品销售和客户关系的注重,体验经济更追求的是顾客的满意度和在体验过程当中自我价值的实现。体验经济是建立在服务的基础上,以商品为辅助道具使顾客有身临其境的感觉,解决顾客对个性化的需求欲望。主题餐厅是在体验经济的影响下而被广泛关注的创新性餐厅运营模式。主题餐厅满足了顾客在多元化,个性化和文化化方面的追求,是新时代早就的产物。
本文经由对体验经济的研讨,以主题餐厅为例,对体验经济背景下产生的新文化的发展和趋势进行研究。以文化为中心探析了文化对消费者的影响,归纳出一套对主题餐厅切实有效的建议,使得主题餐厅能够不仅仅只是一个趋势,也使得消费者在主题餐厅就餐的时候可以准确地了解既定的主题文化,感应文化的魅力,提升自我价值。

ABSTRACT
Experience economy is separated from the service economy and perfect the service economy. With respect to the service economy, the emphasis on product sales and customer relationship, experience economy is the pursuit of customer satisfaction and the realization of self value in the process of experience. Experience economy is built on the basis of service, with merchandise as auxiliary props to make the customer have the feeling of immersive, to solve the customer demand for personalized. Theme restaurant is an innovative restaurant operation mode under the influence of experience economy and is widely concerned. Theme restaurants to meet the customer in a diversified, personalized and cultural aspects of the pursuit, is a product of the new era.
In this paper, through the study of experience economy, the theme restaurant as an example, the experience of the economic background of the new culture of the development and the trend of research. To culture as the center of the culture of consumer effects, summed up a set of theme restaurants effective suggestions, making the theme restaurant can not only a trend, and also makes the consumer in a theme restaurant can accurately understand the theme of the established culture and the charm of culture induction, enhance self value.
