【Abstract】 Objective To understand the unqualified reason of specimen and a exactitude collects method,it is very important to enhance the quality of result ination specimen of inpatient in my hospital received from July to November 2007. Results The blood specimen is 31557, the unqualified specimen is 886, account for %; the urine specimen is 770, the unqualified specimen is 36, account for %; the dejection specimen is 755, the unqualified specimen is 41, account for %; hydrothorax and ascites and CSF specimen is 279, the unqualified specimen is 7, account for %. Conclusion In order to obtain an accurate and dependable result of examination, the collects of examining specimen is very important. Passing percent of specimen collection takes direct influence to veracity of examination results. It requests to strengthen the professional training toining results.

临床检验是临床医学中的重要组成部分,在疾病诊疗治疗过程中发挥着重要作用。当临床医生拿到与病人病情不符的检验结果时,最先想到的是检验工作人员是否正确检验标本,而忽略了检验标本前的准备工作和标本的正确采集。现如今,随着患者自我保护意识的增强,因检验结果的不准确,而发生的医疗纠纷屡见不鲜,从而影响到了患者对医院的信任度,给医院带来了很多的负面影响。现就我院临床检验中心各室所收到的不合格检验标本加以分析,望医护人员从中得以借鉴,提高对标本采集的重视程度。
1 材料与方法
材料 2007年7~11月,临床检验中心各室所收到我院住院病人的检验标本,所有检验标本均由护理人员采集、送检。
方法检验者按有关收取标本的规定对检验标本进行查对验收,并通过观察标本外观、询问采集时间、检测分析、复查及联系医护人员等途径发现和确定不合格标本并详细登记。
2 结果
标本
