在市场经济条件下,传统的成本管理观念已不能适应现代成本理念,现代汽车企业成本管理的内容不仅仅是孤立地降低成本,而应立足于整体战略目标及企业外部环境,从成本与效益的对比中寻找成本最小化。在我国加入了WTO之后,我国的汽车企业开始直接面对众多国际企业的激烈竞争。我国的汽车企业要想在这种激烈的竞争的环境中谋求生存和发展,就必须加强企业的成本管理,加强企业现代成本管理的观念。本文以奇瑞汽车企业为例,分析企业成本控制所面临的问题以及提出解决的措施。

Abstract
Under the conditions of market economy, the traditional cost management concept already can not adapt to the modern cost concept, hyundai motor enterprise cost management content is not only to reduce costs, and isolation should be based on the overall strategic goal and external environment, from the cost and benefit for minimizing the total cost of the contrast. In China's accession to the WTO, China's automobile enterprises after the start of the enterprise directly facing the petition.
