时间日期的书写与读法
1、年份: 
1)、书写:年份的书写直接用阿拉伯数字或用其读法的英文表示。
2)、读法:读法以简洁、明快、上口为原则,具有随读随写的作用。
a, 整百整千的年份读法,如:
100,one  hundred; 1900, een hundred; 2000, two thousand
b, 4位数年份的读法:一般将4位数字从中间分开,按基数词读。如:
1998年读作 een y-eight 
1809年读作 eighteen O nine
1008年读作 one thousand and eight(或ten O eight)
2008年读作 two thousand and eight(或twenty O eight) 
C, 非四位数的年份读法有两种:一种是按照基数词的方法来读,另一种是一个一个数字来读。例如: 
531 BC读作 five three one BC(或five hundred and thirty-one BC)
2、月份:
January(Jan.)一月, February(Feb.)二月,March(Mar.)三月, April(Apr.)四月,May(May)五月,June(Jun.)六月;,July(Jul.)七月,August(Aug.)八月, September(Sept.)九月, October(Oct.)十月, November(Nov.)十一月, December(Dec.)十二月。
3、日期:
1)、书写:“周几,月日,年时刻”。如:
Sunday,July 17(th),2011 3:23 PM。
2)、读法:几号只能用序数词的形式。如: 
October 31(October 31st)读作October(the)thirty-first。 
表示周几的单词:Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday。
4、时刻:
1)、书写:“数字:数字”。如:10:56
2)、读法:
a、无论什么时刻,都可以直接按照表示时、分、秒的基数词分段来读。如:
10:56读作 ten fifty-six; 8:30读作 eight thirty;12:00读作twelve (o’clock)。
b、正点后的半小时内的时间,也可以用past。如: 
9:25读作 t
