财务重述与持续性盈余管理研究
摘要
多年来会计界一直面临的一个严重问题就是会计信息失真,上市公司财务重述是世界各国资本市场普遍存在的问题之一。近年来财务重述现象在国内外呈现出“蔓延”局势,引起了投资者、学术界、财务分析师及证券市场监管机构等的广泛关注,众多学者通过研究表明财务重述并非简单的差错,背后潜藏着经营和管理上的问题,并证明财务重述是盈余管理的手段。以前所做的研究主要关注财务报表重述发生的原因、影响因素、经济后果等方面。本文运用规范研究与实证研究相结合的方法,以2009年到2011年年报被更正的深沪两市A股上市公司为研究样本,转换角度研究财务重述发生之前上市公司是否持续进行盈余管理,两者是否有关系?通过对实证结果进行分析,得出结论,最后就如何完善我国财务重述制度提出一些政策性建议。

Financial Restatements and Sustainable Earnings Management
ABSTRACT
For many years accounting field has been facing a serious problem is the accounting information distortion. The pany which published financial restatements is one of the e in world of the capital market. In recent years, financial restatement phenomenon in the domestic and foreign showed "spread" situation and Caused investors, academia, financial analysts and stock market supervising agency widely attention. The results made by many scholars show that there are operation and management problems behind the financial they proved that financial restatement is a means of earnings research focused on financial statements restated the reasons, the factors, the economic consequences , financial restated characteristics and so on. In this paper, the Research samples with the panies 2007 to 2009 that annual report were corrected, we research relationship of financial restatements and continuous earnings management. Finally, putting forward some perfect our country's financial restatement of the policy proposal
