摘要[目的] 了解道外区65周岁以上老年人血糖血脂状况。[方法] 选择1258名65周岁以上的老年人的健康普查资料,对血糖血脂等多项检测指标,进行统计分析。[结果] 血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、空腹血糖水平均随年龄的增长而逐渐升高。[结论] 空腹血糖升高,高血压,冠心病的患病率增加,血脂异常情况有增加趋势,应采取一定的预防措施。

Analysis of blood sugar and lipid levels in aged people in Daowai District of Harbin
Abstract [Objective] To investigate the situation of blood sugar and lipid levels in aged people in Daowai District of Harbin. [Methods] 1258 aged retired people were involved in the present study. The blood fat,sugar and blood pressure were observed. [Results]The levels of the 3 parameters increased along with abnormal rate of serum triglyceride and total cholesterol was significant different between males and females. bined abnormality of blood sugar and serum lipid was mainly seen in those people bined abnormality of serum triglyceride and fasting blood sugar.
[Conclusion]There is some relationship between and blood sugar.

目前,随着人们生活水平的迅速提高,生活方式和饮食结构的改变,血糖、血脂水平逐步上升,血清脂类及葡萄糖的升高是引起动脉粥样硬化,心脑血管疾病的重要因素之一。尤其是在中老年人群中,这样的变化更加显著。通过对道外区1258名65周岁以上的老年人的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(GLU)的检测结果统计分析,探讨我区老年人群的血脂、血糖水平,并分析其相关性,为今后的进一步干预措施,提供相关的依据。
1 资料与方法
资料
调查人群道外区大兴社区和新兴社区年龄在65周岁以上者1258名,其中男性659名,女599名。
